Return policy 

If your product appears to have a manufacturing defect, you can return it to us at for a replacement. Please note that only manufacturing defects or damage in transport will be a valid reason for return. Please note that if 30 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be able to obtain a replacement. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. If we find that the conditions are not acceptable, we have the right to refuse your return request.

To request a return, simply take a photo of the item and notify us of the condition of the item as well as provide us with a receipt or proof of purchase. You can contact us by email viahookit@simpleklik.com. A postal address will be sent to you so that you can send us the package.
